Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Herbalmax, we work hard to maintain high quality standards. As our products are health and personal-care items, we follow a controlled return and refund process to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.
2. Eligible Returns
You may be eligible for a return or replacement in the following situations:
- You received a wrong product compared to what you ordered.
- The product was received in damaged or leaked condition.
- The product has passed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
To be eligible, you must raise the issue with our support team within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/video of the parcel, product and invoice.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened, used or tampered with after delivery.
- Complaints raised after the stipulated time window.
- Issues related to personal taste, preferences or perceived effectiveness, as individual results can vary.
- Free gifts, samples or promotional items.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or replacement, please:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order ID, registered mobile number and clear images/video of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will review the case and confirm if the product is eligible for return.
- In eligible cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or request you to self-ship to our warehouse, depending on your pin code.
5. Refunds & Replacements
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will update you on the approval or rejection of your request.
- Approved cases may be compensated through replacement product, coupon code or refund, as decided by the company.
- Refunds, where applicable, are usually processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- For COD orders, refunds may be offered via bank transfer, UPI or wallet, after verification.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In case you refuse to accept a COD order at the time of delivery repeatedly, we may restrict COD facility for your future orders.
