1. Delivery Timelines
We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and the service of our courier partners, typically between 3–8 working days for most pin codes in India.
2. Shipping Charges
We may offer free shipping above a certain order value, as mentioned on the website or during campaigns. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee may be applicable and will be visible at checkout before you complete payment.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp with tracking details and the name of the courier partner. You can use this information to track your shipment status online.
4. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to most pin codes across India. However, there may be certain locations where our courier partners are unable to service or support COD. In such cases, we may request an alternative address or prepaid payment, or cancel the order with a full refund (for prepaid orders).
5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make 1–3 attempts to deliver the shipment. If you are not available, they may contact you on the registered phone number. Please ensure you provide an active contact number and correct address details to avoid delays or returns.
6. Delays & Lost Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors like weather, festivals, strikes or logistics issues may cause occasional delays. In the rare event that your shipment is lost or undelivered, we will coordinate with the courier partner and either re-ship the order or process a refund, as appropriate.
